UOGamers has no refund policy. This means any money sent to the game in exchange for game items or any other benefit in the game will be accepted as a contribution in support of a free game.
By taking advantage of any service provided by the game, including simply logging in following a contribution you agree that you have enjoyed full satisfaction for any monies paid.
UOGamers will not refund any contributions from players under any circumstances. We do our best to ensure that all of our players are happy and will be willing to work with you to the fullest extent possible to rectify any issues.
